Scenario 2: Flight Is Cancelled More Than 2 Weeks Before the Trip

You can get: Refund or alternate flight to your destination.

If your journey is cancelled more than 14 days before departure, you won’t be eligible for compensation. However, SmartLynx has to offer you the choice between an alternate flight or a refund, and you have the right to select the option that suits you best.

If SmartLynx offers you a voucher as a refund, you can choose to decline it and request cash/bank transfer instead.
